WHAT:
The Zig-Zag Decision Making Model and the 4 Mental Functions

“In any moment of decision the best thing you can do is the right thing, the next best thing is the wrong thing, and the worst thing you can do is nothing.” - Theodore Roosevelt

We make decisions every day, some more important than others, some with thoughtful consideration and deliberation others out of habit. The decisions leaders make in an organization have long term impact on themselves, their employees and the future success of the organization and possibly the surrounding communities. Leaders are also expected to make team decisions with others who often times do not share their Type and approach to decision making. Plan to attend this session to learn more about the Zig-Zag decision making model and its connection to other models and their successful application.
